    هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع درجة الالتزام التنظيمي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا بجمهورية مصر العربية، وقد اعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق ذلك، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم بناء استبانة واقع الالتزام التنظيمي موجهة إلى عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا من (إعداد الباحثة)، حيث تكونت العينة من( 470) معلمة، وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن واقع الالتزام التنظيمي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا جاء بدرجة (0,67) مما أشار إلى تحققه بدرجة متوسطة في واقع الالتزام التنظيمي؛ لذا قامت الباحثة بالتوصل إلى آليات مقترحة؛ لتعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا.
      The aim of the current research is to identify the reality of the degree of organizational commitment for kindergarten teachers in the Minia Governorate in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The current research relied on the descriptive approach to achieve this, and to achieve the aim of the research, a questionnaire was constructed on the reality of organizational commitment directed to a sample of kindergarten teachers in the Minia Governorate (prepared by the researcher), where the sample consisted of (470) female teachers, and the results of the research indicated that the reality of the organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers in Minia Governorate, it came with a score of (0.67), which indicated that it had achieved a moderate degree in the reality of organizational commitment; Therefore, the researcher came up with proposed mechanisms to enhance the organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers in Minia Governorate.
