Abstract:
The current research aims to identify the most important obstacles to the application of electronic management within kindergarten institutions in light of the requirements of the digital age, as well as to clarify ways to overcome these obstacles in light of the requirements of the digital age. The descriptive approach was used, on a sample of (632) individuals from three categories. They are (principals, mentors, and teachers) represented by the educational administrations in Minya Governorate, and the research tool was represented in a questionnaire - prepared by the researcher - to identify the obstacles to the application of electronic management in kindergarten institutions, The results of the theoretical and field research have revealed that there are many obstacles that impede activating the use of electronic management in kindergarten institutions, and the most prominent of these obstacles, which came in the first order, is “the weak availability of Internet networks (local, international), and in the last order of those obstacles came the “lack of awareness of the culture of Electronic management in kindergarten institutions, and the research presented some proposals to overcome the obstacles to applying electronic management within kindergarten institutions.
