Abstract:
          The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on artificial intelligence applications to improve psychological resilience and its relationship to reducing College of Early Childhood Education student teachers’ psychological stress. It also aimed at identifying the dimensions of psychological resilience mostly contributing to predicting psychological stress among student teacher at the College of Education for Early Childhood. The sample consisted of 52 female students from the third year of the college. The instruments included a scale of psychological stress for the student teacher (prepared by the two researchers), and one of the applications of artificial intelligence represented in the mobile application Be Strong (prepared by the two researchers). The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the application used in improving the psychological resilience of the student teacher. The results showed the inverse relationship between psychological resilience and psychological stress among the students. Finally, the results showed that the dimension of ”challenge” as one of the dimensions of psychological resilience is the most contributing dimension in predicting psychological stress among the student teachers. Based on the results, some recommendations were made, the most important of which was the need to employ artificial intelligence applications to raise the level of mental health and overcome the psychological problems of students.
