The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a program based on the visual approach supported by quick response code technology (QR code) to develop some mathematical concepts for educable mentally handicapped children of determination, The research sample consisted of (30) male and female children whose chronological ages ranged between (8-12)years, and their mental ages ranged between(4-6)years, including (15)male and female experimental group, and(15)male and female control group, the research relied on the descriptive and experimental method by using the experimental and control group, the researcher used a set of tools: Stanford-Binet intelligence test fifth picture (prepared by Gall H. Royd), and a form to survey the opinion of arbitrators to determine the list of mathematical concepts for children (prepared by the researcher), and a form to survey the opinion of special education teachers and mothers about the reality of providing visual approach activities and the use of(QR code) technology and their role in developing mathematical concepts for children(prepared by the researcher), and the illustrated mathematical concepts test for children(prepared by the researcher), and observation card for the behaviors of children related to mathematical concepts(prepared by the researcher), and visual approach program supported by quick response code technology to develop some mathematical concepts for children(prepared by the researcher), and the results resulted in : achieving the effectiveness of program based on visual approach supported by quick response code technology (QR code)for developing some mathematical concepts for educable mentally handicapped children of determination, and the continued impact of the program and its activities on the children in the follow up measurement.هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم علي المدخل البصري والمدعم بتقنية رمز الاستجابة السريع (QR code) لتنمية بعض المفاهيم الرياضياتية لدي الأطفال ذوي الهمم من المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعليم، وتكونت عينة البحث من(30) طفلا وطفلة تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (8-12) سنة، وأعمارهم العقلية بين (4-6) سنوات، منهم (15) طفلا وطفلة مجموعة تجريبية، و(15) طفلا وطفلة مجموعة ضابطة، واعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التجريبي باستخدام المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة، واستخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الأدوات: اختبار ستانفورد بينيه للذكاء الصورة الخامسة (إعداد/جال ه رويد)، واستمارة استطلاع آراء المحكمين لتحديد قائمة المفاهيم الرياضياتية المناسبة للأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعليم(إعداد/الباحثة)، واستمارة استطلاع آراء معلمات التربية الخاصة والأمهات حول واقع تقديم أنشطة المدخل البصري، واستخدام تقنية رمز الاستجابة السريع، و دورهما في تنمية المفاهيم الرياضياتية للأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعليم (إعداد/الباحثة)، واختبار المفاهيم الرياضياتية المصور للأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعليم (إعداد/الباحثة)، وبطاقة ملاحظة سلوكيات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعليم المرتبطة بالمفاهيم الرياضياتية (إعداد/الباحثة)، وبرنامج المدخل البصري المدعم بتقنية رمز الاستجابة السريع لتنمية المفاهيم الرياضياتية للأطفال(إعداد/الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن تحقق فاعلية برنامج المدخل البصري المدعم بتقنية رمز الاستجابة السريع (QR code) في تنمية بعض المفاهيم الرياضياتية لدي الأطفال ذوي الهمم من المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعليم، واستمرار أثر البرنامج وأنشطته علي الأطفال في القياس التتبعي.
