Abstract:
     The aim of the research is to verify the effectiveness of a group counseling program in improving psychological flow and reducing occupational stress among intellectual education teachers, verifying its continued effectiveness after a period of time and identifying the relationship between psychological flow and occupational stress among intellectual education teachers. The main research sample consisted of (20) intellectual education teachers in Dakahlia Governorate, who were divided into (10) experimental group and (10) control group. The researcher used the quasi-experimental method, with two groups (experimental and control), and the descriptive analytical Method. The research tools included a measure of psychological flow (prepared by: the researcher), a measure of occupational stress (prepared by: the researcher), and a measure of estimating the socio-economic and cultural level of the Egyptian family (prepared by: Ayman Salem Abdullah, 2018), and a group counseling program. (prepared by: the researcher).The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of a group counseling program in improving psychological flow and reducing occupational stress among intellectual education teachers, the continuation of its effectiveness after a period of time, and there is a negative correlation between psychological flow and occupational stress among intellectual education teachers.
