Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the dimensions of the organizational climate in light of the trends of the digital transformation from the point of view of the faculty of Early Childhood Education lectures and,؛their assistants at the Faculty in Minia University. In addition to determining the extent to which there are statistically significant differences between the realities of dimensions of the organizational climate at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in Minya University. In light of the trends of the digital transformation from the point of view of the faculty members and their assistants that leads to the different degree of education and identifying the obstacles of a good organizational climate in light of the trends of the digital transformation from the point of view of the sample, as well as making suggestions develop the organizational climate in light of the trends of the digital transformation from the point of view of the sample. The research used a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, that was surveyed on the faculty members and their assistants who were on the job on the time of application, and their number were (55): (33 lectures  and their assistants 22).As the findings were reached achieving subsequent of the prevailing leading system, the administrative contact at the work in light of the trends of digital transformation organizational with a high degree, as well as the prevailing organizational values leading dimensions ,the system of control and accounting evaluation systems, and the human relations inside and outside the institution, have been achieved in light of the trends of the digital transformation as a medium degree. The findings also were demonstrated the existence of statistically significant differences between the categories of the research sample and in favor of the assistant teacher category in the dimension of evaluation, control and accounting systems, while no statistically significant differences were appeared in the other four dimensions, and the sample identified a set of obstacles for a good organizational climate in light of the trends of the digital transformation, as the sample presented a set of suggestions for developing the organizational climate in the college in light of the trends of the digital transformation.
