Abstract:
    This research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the Integrative eclectic counseling Program in decreasing Nomophobia Disorder (Phobia isolated from the mobile) and developing Self-Control of student-teachers at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Assiut University. The group of the research comprised 48 students in between 215 students drawn from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education students enrolled in the third and fourth year, in the first academic term, 2021/2022. They were divided into two groups, an experimental group of 24 students and a control group of 24 students. For the purpose of the research, the quasi-experimental design was employed. The tools of the research included: The Nomophobia Scale (Scale NMP-Q) prepared by the researcher, Self-Control Scale, prepared by the researcher, and The Integrative eclectic counseling program, prepared by the researcher, to decrease Nomophobia disorder (Phobia isolated from the mobile), and to develop self- control of student-teachers at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Assiut University. The research reached the following results: There is a statistically inverse negative correlation between the means of scores of the student-teachers of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education on the Nomophobia scale (Phobia isolated from the mobile) and the means of their scores on the self-control scale. The results have also indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the means of scores of the experimental group students on the pre-post administration of Nomophobia scale and the self-control scale in favor of the post administration. It was also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the means of scores of the experimental group students on the post and follow-up administration of the Nomophobia scale and self-control scale after one month of the application of the program.
