The current study is aiming at identifying the current status kindergarten child library in Minia Governorate, and at identifying the experience of USA in the field of kindergarten child library, then presenting a suggested proposal for developing kindergarten child library in light of USA experience. To achieve these objectives the study utilized the descriptive research methodology. Moreover, to verify the study hypotheses, the researcher prepared a questionnaire for developing kindergarten child library in Minia Governorate. Results revealed that: 

There were statistically significant differences among the means of the scores of the study sample members( kindergarten teachers, directors, supervisors) on the second dimension(sources of knowledge and educational aids) of the suggested proposal for developing kindergarten child library in Minia Governorate questionnaire due to job position variable in favor of supervisors, and there were statistically significant differences between the means of the scores of the study sample on the third dimension(library activities and services) due to the environment variable in favor of rural, while there no statistically significant differences between the means of the scores of the study sample on the remaining dimensions of the questionnaire and the total score due to a set of variables(specialization - academic degree - years of experience). 
There were no statistically significant differences among the means of the scores of the study sample members(specialized academic experts) on the dimensions of the suggested proposal for developing the kindergarten child library questionnaire and the total degree of the questionnaire due to job position variable.

There were statistically significant differences among the means of the study sample members( kindergarten teachers, directors, supervisors, specialized experts)  on the second dimension(sources of knowledge and educational aids) of the questionnaire due to job position in favor of supervisors and due to the scientific degree in favor of Ph.D. degree, while there were no statistically significant differences between the means of the scores of the study sample on the remaining dimensions due to(specialization, years of experiences) variable
