معوقات الثقافة الرقمية الوالدية في ضوء تحديات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وسبل التغلب عليها Obstacles to Parental Digital Culture in light of the Challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Ways to Overcome them

دف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على معوقات الثقافة الرقمية الوالدية في ضوء تحديات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وسبل التغلب عليها، وأنتهج البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي؛ واستخدم البحث المقابلة المقننة والاستبانة للتعرف على معوقات الثقافة الرقمية الوالدية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (850)  من أولياء أمور أطفال الروضات بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمحافظة المنيا موزعة على كافة مراكز المحافظة وبعض قراها، و عينة من الخبراء عددهم (32) خبير تربوي في (كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة المنيا – كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة القاهرة – كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة الإسكندرية) كخبراء في تربية الطفل، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود معوقات للثقافة الرقمية الوالدية في ضوء تحديات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، حيث تراوحت النسبة المئوية لموافقة أولياء أمور أطفال الروضة عينة البحث في أسئلة المحور الأول (معوقات الثقافة الرقمية لدي الوالدين) ما بين }70.35%: 100.00%{. كما توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين آراء أولياء أمور أطفال الروضة عينة البحث في جميع أسئلة المحور وفي اتجاه وجود معوقات للثقافة الرقمية لدي الوالدين، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها: دعم الوالدين للتخلص من بعض الأعباء ومساعدتهم على إيجاد بعض من الوقت لحضور الندوات والورش التثقيفية الرقمية. وضرورة بناء البرامج والدورات التدريبية التثقيفية التي تلبي احتياجات الوالدين من المهارات والمعارف الرقمية.     The current research aimed to identify the obstacles to parental digital culture in light of the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and ways to overcome them. The current research relied on the descriptive approach. The research used a standardized interview and a questionnaire to identify the obstacles to parental digital culture. The research sample consisted of (850) parents of kindergarten children in the early childhood stage in Minia Governorate, distributed among all the centers of the governorate and some of its villages, and a sample of experts numbering (32) educational experts in (Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Minia University - Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Cairo University - Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Alexandria University) as experts in child education. The results of the study revealed the presence of obstacles to parental digital culture in light of the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as the percentage of approval of parents of kindergarten children in the research sample in the questions of the first axis (obstacles to digital culture among parents) ranged between {70.35%: 100.00%}. There are also statistically significant differences between the opinions of parents of kindergarten children, the research sample, in all questions of the axis and in the direction of the presence of obstacles to digital culture among parents. The research presented a set of recommendations, including supporting parents to get rid of some burdens and helping them find some time to attend digital educational seminars and workshops. There is a need to build educational programs and training courses that meet parents’ needs for digital skills and knowledge.
