Abstract:
The current research aimed to prepare a program using the electronic story and measure its effectiveness in developing the concept of rationalizing water consumption for a group of twenty-two children with educable mentally retarded children according to Egypt's vision 2030 at the School of Intellectual Education in Sohag. The researcher prepared the following tools: Testing water concepts for children with educable mentally retarded children, and a program using the electronic story to develop the concept of rationalizing water consumption for children with educable mentally retarded children, and a guide for the teacher and the worksheets of the child and using non-parametric statistics and the Wilcoxon test and the equation of adjusted gain. Egypt Vision 2030, by testing the validity of the research hypothesis, which showed that there were statistically significant differences between the scores of children in the research group in the pre and post applications in the scores of children in favor of the post application, which indicated the effectiveness of the Electronic story in developing the concept of rationalizing water consumption among children in the research group The research presented a set of recommendations and research for suggested.
