Abstract:
The research aimed to build a training program based on sustainable development to develop the green economy culture among kindergarten teachers and to identify its impact on the development of positive environmental behaviors among kindergarten children; For the purpose of the research, a list of green economy culture concepts suitable for kindergarten teachers was prepared, a list of positive environmental behaviors suitable for kindergarten children, a green economy culture test, an environmental behavior observation card, and a training program for kindergarten teachers. The research procedures and results included: Selection of a group of kindergarten teachers, numbering (33) teachers, to apply the program proposed to them. Dimensional performance, as shown by the effectiveness of this program in developing the culture of green economy among kindergarten teachers, and this has been proven by calculating the average earning ratio, which came (44.1). In order to know the impact of the program on the development of positive environmental behaviors among kindergarten children, a group of children who were taught by the trained teachers were chosen. And by comparing the performance of these children in the pre and post applications, it became clear that there are differences between the two performances in favor of the post-performance, and these differences are statistically significant. Kindergarten children. In light of these results, the research recommended the necessity of developing in-service training programs for kindergarten teachers in line with the state's plan for sustainable development and in line with modern educational trends in the field of environment, as well as developing kindergarten curricula in light of the sustainable development goals of Egypt's Vision 2030.
