Abstract:
The objective of the current research is to identify the reality of the application of hybrid education in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Minia University from the point of view of faculty members and students, presenting a proposed vision for the development of hybrid education in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in the light of digital transformation. Two electronic devices for the purpose of collecting data from the research sample of (2510) female students from the four levels of the credit hours program, who were chosen randomly, and a sample of (34) faculty members, who were chosen randomly, and the results of the research showed a lack of satisfaction Female students and faculty members towards applying the hybrid education system in the college; Due to the presence of many obstacles that impede the implementation of the hybrid education system in the college, including: lack of availability of a clear plan for the application of hybrid education system, weak technological skills of students and faculty members, and poor training and qualification of faculty members and students to apply the hybrid education system; This is due to the poor technological infrastructure, and the lack of financial, technical and technical support necessary to implement the hybrid education system in the college. In light of this, the current research developed a proposed vision for the development of hybrid education in the college in the light of digital transformation.
