Abstract:
         
The aim of the current research is to identify the needed international standards for developing the English Language Skills of Early Childhood Stage with a Learning Disabilities، and the researcher used the descriptive approach to determine those international standards، after verifying their validity through modifications of the arbitrators and the research ended by emphasizing the importance of the necessary the needed international standards for developing the English Language Skills of Early Childhood Stage with a Learning Disabilities.
