التنمر الوظيفي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة Workplace bullying and its relationship to psychological hardiness among early childhood teachers

الملخص:
 هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التنمر الوظيفي والصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة، وکذلک الکشف عن أکثر أبعاد التنمر الوظيفي (اللفظي، غير اللفظي، والإلکتروني) إسهامًا في التنبؤ بالصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة، والکشف عن التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة لأبعاد التنمر الوظيفي (اللفظي، غير اللفظي، والإلکتروني) في الصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة، وتکونت عينة البحث من 110 مئة وعشر معلمة بمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة بمحافظة المنيا بجمهورية مصر العربية، واستخدم البحث مقياس التنمر الوظيفي لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة (إعداد الباحثة)، وأوضحت نتائج البحث عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية عکسية بين التنمر الوظيفي والصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة، وأسفرت النتائج أيضًا أن التنمر الوظيفي الإلکتروني أکثر أبعاد التنمر الوظيفي إسهامًا في التنبؤ بالصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة، کما بينت النتائج وجود تأثيرات مباشرة وغير مباشرة لأبعاد التنمر الوظيفي في الصلابة النفسية لدي معلمات الطفولة المبکرة، وقد جاء ترتيبهم کالتالي:(التنمر الوظيفي الإلکتروني، التنمر الوظيفي غير اللفظي).
 Abstract:
The research aims to identify the relationship between workplace bullying and psychological hardiness among early childhood teachers, detect more dimensions bully work (verbal, non-verbal workplace bullying, Cyber workplace bullying) contribution to the psychological hardiness among the early childhood teachers, and identify the direct and indirect effects of the dimensions of bullying work (Verbal, non-verbal, Cyber workplace bullying) in psychological hardiness among the early childhood teachers, and formed the research sample of (110) early childhood teacher in Minia (Egypt), and use the measure of workplace bullying for early childhood teachers (prepared by the researcher), and use the measure of psychological hariness for early childhood teachers (prepared by the researcher), Results revealed that there was negative correlative significant statistical relation between workplace bullying and psychological hardiness among Early Childhood Education faculty students The results of the research indicated that workplace bullying dimensions effected on the psychological hardiness among Early Childhood teachers, their arrangement was as follows: (cyber workplace bullying- non-verbal workplace bullying).
