This research aims to identify the effect of a program using expressive movements on the cognitive-motor competence of the kindergarten child. The researchers used the experimental method as it is the appropriate approach to the nature of this research. One of the experimental designs was used, which is the experimental design of two groups, one of them is experimental and the other is control, by following the pre and post measurements for both of them on a sample of(40) children from Shalaby Primary School Kindergarten in Minya Governorate. They were divided into two equal and equal groups, each consisting of(20) children. The researchers followed the expressive movements program with the experimental group. While the researchers followed with the control group the traditional method followed, and the distribution moderation and parity were found between them in some age variables(age - height - weight - intelligence) and scores of some physical tests. Intelligence test, and the proposed program(designed by the researcher). The most important results resulted in that the program using expressive movements had an impact on the development of cognitive-motor competence among the children of the experimental group, as well as the traditional program had a positive role in developing some skills of motor-cognitive competence among the children of the control group, and that the proposed program using expressive movements had a positive effect more than The traditional program in developing perceptual-motor competence is under consideration.
