Abstract:
 
  The current study aimed to identify The effectiveness of a program based on the problem-solving method and its impact on developing some habits of mind(Thinking Flexibly- Striving for Accuracy - Taking Responsible Riskis   - Learning Continuosly) among deaf children, The sample of the study consisted of(30) children , their ages ranged between(4-9) years, at Al-Amal School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Dermwas Center, Minya Governorate. Measurement tools were used, which is an illustrated scale to measure the habits of mind of deaf children(prepared by the researcher), and a program based on a problem-solving method to develop some habits of mind among deaf children(prepared by the researcher).
  The study used the quasi-experimental method, a one-group design with two measurements, pre and post.
The results showed that:
the effectiveness of the program based on the problem-solving method in developing some habits of mind among deaf children
