Abstract:  
The current study aimed to achieve, a list of appropriate reflective teaching skills for kindergarten teachers has been prepared in the light of quality standards, a performance observation form has been developed to monitor the level of performance of female teachers for reflective teaching skills, and a proposal based on that concept has been built based on reflective teaching skills, It was applied to(30) kindergarten teachers in the schools of the Directorate of Education in Minya, The study produced a set of recommendations and proposals as follows: there is a weakness in the performance of female teachers on the skills of reflective teaching , Attention should be given to programmes for the development of the reflective teaching skills of kindergarten teachers, Programmes for the development of the performance of female teachers must take into account the requirements of cognitive.
