Summary of the research:
The aim of the current research is to determine the indicators of the requirements of the quality of the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing and managing the learning environment from the point of view of the sample, and to determine the actual reality of the quality of the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing and managing the learning environment, in addition to developing a proposed perception of the quality of the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing the Learning and its management, and the research used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the research sample consisted of(322) kindergarten teachers in some kindergartens, representing all departments in Minya Governorate, and the study tool was represented in a questionnaire - prepared by researchers - directed to a sample of kindergarten teachers in some kindergartens Minya governorate administrations aim to diagnose the quality of their performance.
The results of the theoretical and field research reached an analysis of the actual reality of the requirements for the quality of the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing and managing the learning environment, which showed the lack of quality requirements for the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing and managing the learning environment to a high degree. This confirms the need for kindergarten teachers for a proposed perception of the requirements for the quality of the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing and managing the learning environment in order to develop and improve their performance, and the research ended by presenting a proposed conception of the requirements for the quality of the performance of kindergarten teachers in organizing and managing the learning environment.
