The present study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a selective counseling program to reduce some inconsistent behaviors (aggression - hyperactivity) among deaf children whose ages ranged from (5-8) years and enrolled in Al-Amal School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Minya, and the sample size reached (30) children and girl. Controlling the variables (intelligence - age - social and economic level) of the sample members, a form for estimating inconsistent behavior in deaf children (5-8) years was applied as one of the pre-measurement tools, followed by the application of the integrated counseling program, and by using the statistical parameters represented in (t-test), The results showed the effectiveness of the proposed selective and complementary counseling program in reducing some inconsistent behaviors among deaf children. Then the study put forward a number of recommendations.
