The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between lateral thinking and visual-spatial intelligence in kindergarten children.
The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research, and the research community was represented in kindergarten children whose ages ranged between 5 and 6 years.
      The researcher selected the research sample randomly by selecting the experimental kindergarten children in Maghagha city, whose number is(120) children.
For the research tools, the researcher used the Lateral Thinking Test for Kindergarten Children, and the Optical Spatial Intelligence Scale.
      One of the most important results was that there was a direct, statistically significant correlation relationship between lateral thinking and visual-spatial intelligence in a kindergarten child, and among the most important recommendations was the need to pay attention to the psychological aspects of the child and use the programs prepared for them to make a positive impact on their various skills.
