 The current research aims to identify the reality of the organizational climate in kindergartens and ways to develop it from the point of view of female teachers in Minya Governorate, through a suggested proposal that helps the kindergarten to develop and improve the organizational climate, and the current research has relied on the descriptive approach to achieve this, where the sample consisted of (433) female teachers, and in order to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was built to determine the reality of the organizational climate in kindergartens attached to government primary schools in Minya Governorate. The results indicated the weakness of the reality of the organizational climate in kindergartens, as it came at a rate of (0.68), which indicates a moderate degree of achievement in the reality of the organizational climate.
